After beginning her career with clinical training as a dentist, she transitioned to clinical operations, where she built a reputation for strategic leadership and high-velocity execution on complex global trials.

At industry leaders like Gilead Sciences, Abbott (St. Jude Medical), and Medtronic, she managed trials spanning 21+ countries with forecasting responsibility for study budgets up to $180M. She is known for radically accelerating clinical programs without compromising quality:
